Richard founded PPVS in 2015 as a family-run business serving local clients across the East of England. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a national facilities services provider supporting over 3,000 commercial sites, with a continued focus on quality and a clear strategy to expand services across Europe.
Louis represents the second generation of leadership at PPVS, working closely with his father Richard to drive the business forward. As Director, he supports UK and European expansion, helping scale operations while maintaining the high service standards and family values that define PPVS.

The Décret Tertiaire (Éco Énergie Tertiaire): Any tertiary-sector building over 1,000 m² must cut its final energy consumption by 40% by 2030, 50% by 2040 and 60% by 2050, with annual declarations on the OPERAT platform. Planned, data-led maintenance of CVC, lighting and building management systems (GTB/GTC) is one of the most direct levers for hitting those targets.
