Total facility management across the Netherlands

Dutch estates are often run through separate contracts for installations, building fabric and cleaning. PPVS consolidates them into one integrated facility management agreement (one supplier, one set of standards) covering every discipline and every location, backed by transparent reporting.

  • Amsterdam and the Zuidas business district
  • Rotterdam (port and logistics)
  • The Hague and Utrecht
  • Eindhoven and regional distribution sites

The Netherlands is frequently the logistics or headquarters hub of a wider European estate. PPVS manages it inside that footprint, applying consistent standards, reporting and escalation across borders.

Coordinating engineers across a dense, fast-moving market is where single-trade providers struggle. We mobilise a vetted specialist network so expanding from Amsterdam to Rotterdam or Eindhoven never means adding suppliers, and you scale from a few sites to a national portfolio under one contract and one point of contact.

Facility management built around Dutch compliance

The Netherlands has some of Europe’s most direct building-performance obligations, and they fall on owners and occupiers alike. A good facility management partner keeps you ahead of them.

The office Label C obligation and energy-saving duty

Since 1 January 2023, office buildings over 100 m² must hold at least energy label C or they may not lawfully be used. Separately, the energy-saving obligation under the Environmental Management Act requires organisations using more than 50,000 kWh of electricity or 25,000 m³ of gas to implement all measures that pay back within five years, drawing on the recognised-measures list (Erkende Maatregelenlijst). Planned, data-led maintenance is how those obligations are met in practice. It also underpins ESG reporting. The energy and asset data we capture lets you evidence label compliance and savings against your sustainability targets, giving boards, investors and tenants a defensible record instead of a year-end estimate.

The Bbl, the Environment Act and workplace safety

Building rules now sit under the Environment and Planning Act (Omgevingswet), in force since 1 January 2024, and the Buildings Decree (Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving, Bbl) that replaced the Bouwbesluit, while occupational safety falls under the Working Conditions Act (Arbowet). We keep statutory inspections, fire-safety measures and documentation current to these requirements.

Facility management for every environment

Commercial facility management in the Netherlands

For the offices and headquarters of Amsterdam’s Zuidas and beyond, we protect building performance and Label C compliance while giving property teams predictable costs and one supplier instead of many. Ideal for facilities managers, heads of property and estates directors.

Retail facility management in the Netherlands

For stores and chains across Dutch high streets and shopping centres, trading hours and brand standards lead. We provide fast reactive response and consistent presentation across sites, with work scheduled around opening times.

Industrial and logistics facility management in the Netherlands

For the port, distribution and logistics facilities that define the Dutch economy, uptime is everything. Our engineers understand plant, building services and the compliance and energy standards that keep industrial and logistics operations productive.

It is also your compliance record. Asset registers, inspection certificates and energy-label and consumption data sit in one auditable trail, ready for inspections and to evidence Label C and energy-saving compliance.

Frequently asked questions

Does PPVS provide facility management across the Netherlands?
>

Yes. We deliver planned and reactive facility management nationwide, from Amsterdam and Rotterdam to Utrecht, The Hague and Eindhoven, including multi-site portfolios from a single point of contact.

Can PPVS help with the office Label C obligation?
