Total facilities management across New Zealand

New Zealand estates are often maintained through separate trade contracts that fragment cost and accountability. PPVS consolidates them into one integrated facilities management agreement covering every discipline and location, with transparent reporting and a single point of accountability.

  • Auckland and the upper North Island
  • Wellington and the capital region
  • Christchurch and the South Island
  • Hamilton, Tauranga and regional centres

For international operators, New Zealand often sits alongside an Australian or wider regional portfolio. PPVS manages it to consistent standards, reporting and escalation, coordinated with your other sites.

Coordinating engineers across both islands is where single-trade providers struggle. We mobilise a vetted specialist network so expanding from Auckland to Wellington or Christchurch never means adding suppliers, and you scale from a handful of locations to a national portfolio under one contract and one point of contact.

Facilities management built around New Zealand compliance

New Zealand compliance is anchored in the Building Act and strong workplace-safety law, with seismic resilience an ever-present consideration. A capable facilities management partner manages these duties for you.

Building Warrant of Fitness and specified systems

Under the Building Act 2004, owners of buildings with specified systems (such as fire systems, lifts, HVAC and emergency lighting) must renew an annual Building Warrant of Fitness, confirming those systems have been maintained and inspected to the compliance schedule by Independent Qualified Persons who issue Form 12A. Planned, scheduled maintenance is what keeps a building continuously warrant-ready. Energy performance increasingly sits alongside compliance. Through NABERSNZ ratings and carbon-reduction goals, better-run plant supports your ESG commitments, and the data we capture gives boards, owners and tenants clear evidence of progress.

Health and safety, and seismic resilience

Workplace safety is governed by the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, regulated by WorkSafe NZ, while the Building Act’s earthquake-prone-building provisions make seismic assessment and resilience a standing concern. We keep statutory inspections, safety measures and documentation current across every site.

Complete visibility with our CAFM system

Every job, asset and compliance record across your New Zealand estate lives in one place: our Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system. It turns facilities management into something you can see, measure and prove, with the right view for each decision-maker:

  • For facilities and building managers: log and track every reactive job in real time, with live status and SLA times across both islands.
  • For operations and estates directors: one dashboard across every site, with KPIs, warrant-of-fitness status and trends to prove ROI.
  • For procurement and finance: cost transparency and a complete job history across sites, built to support tenders and justify spend.

It is also your compliance record. Asset registers, specified-system inspections, Form 12A records and energy data sit in one auditable trail, ready for warrant-of-fitness renewal and safety checks.
