PPVS Complete Facilities Management
Below are some of our group accreditations.
Sustainability built into every part of our service
We help you meet ESG targets, reduce environmental impact, and deliver compliant, efficient, and fully traceable FM across every site.
We align facility management with GEG energy requirements and CSRD reporting, feeding ESG frameworks like GRESB and CDP with measurable data.
From hard FM to soft FM, our integrated model combines sustainable procurement, energy-efficient building systems, GEG and safety compliance, and transparent GEFMA-aligned reporting.
Integrated FM delivers fast payback, operational continuity, and clear advantages over running separate trade contracts across Germany’s federal states.
Richard founded PPVS in 2015 as a family-run business serving local clients across the East of England. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a national facilities services provider supporting over 3,000 commercial sites, with a continued focus on quality and a clear strategy to expand services across Europe.
Louis represents the second generation of leadership at PPVS, working closely with his father Richard to drive the business forward. As Director, he supports UK and European expansion, helping scale operations while maintaining the high service standards and family values that define PPVS.
Hard FM services are often required by law, to ensure the safety of employees and customers. It refers to the physical materials of a building which cannot be removed. PPVS provide a range of hard facilities management services for clients in verticals such as the commercial, retail and leisure sector.
Soft FM services, under human management, enhance workplace ambience, fostering a more enjoyable environment for all occupants. These variable services play a crucial role in improving the overall quality of the workspace, contributing to a positive and productive atmosphere.
Planned maintenance is carrying out repairs with the aim of ensuring that an asset does not fail. Planned maintenance refers to any maintenance activity that is planned, documented, and scheduled.
Reactive maintenance are repairs that are carried out after equipment has already become faulty. Reactive facilities management and maintenance focuses on repairing the equipment to operating conditions.

German estates are frequently maintained through many specialised contracts, in line with a strong tradition of technical building management. PPVS consolidates them into one integrated facility management agreement covering every discipline and location, with the documentation rigour German clients expect and a single point of accountability.
Germany often forms the core of a wider European estate. PPVS manages it within that footprint, applying consistent standards, reporting and escalation across borders.
Coordinating engineers across sixteen states, each with its own building rules, defeats single-trade providers. We mobilise a vetted specialist network so expanding from Berlin to Munich or the Rhine-Ruhr never means adding suppliers, and you scale from a few sites to a national portfolio under one contract and one point of contact.
German compliance is detailed and, for building codes, set state by state. A capable facility management partner manages those duties and keeps the documentation that German audits demand.
The Building Energy Act (GEG)
The Gebäudeenergiegesetz (GEG) governs the energy efficiency of buildings and their heating systems, with significant amendments taking effect from 2024. Meeting its requirements depends on well-maintained, efficient heating, ventilation and controls. PPVS builds energy performance into the maintenance plan so statutory compliance and running-cost reduction advance together. This also supports ESG and CSRD-aligned reporting. The energy and plant data we capture gives you defensible evidence of performance against the GEG and your own sustainability targets, for boards, investors and tenants alike.
Operational safety and state building codes
Recurring inspection duties for technical building installations flow from the Operational Safety Ordinance (BetrSichV) and the Workplace Ordinance (ArbStättV), alongside the state building codes (Landesbauordnungen) based on the model code, and statutory accident-insurance rules (DGUV). We keep these inspections, fire-safety measures and records current, with FM delivered to recognised GEFMA guidance.
Commercial facility management in Germany
For the banks, insurers and corporate headquarters of Frankfurt and other commercial centres, we protect building performance and compliance while giving property teams predictable costs and one supplier across states. Ideal for facilities managers, heads of property and estates directors.
Retail facility management in Germany
For stores and chains across German high streets and shopping centres, trading hours and brand standards lead. We provide fast reactive response and consistent presentation across sites, with work scheduled around opening times.
Industrial and logistics facility management in Germany
For the manufacturing, automotive and logistics sites at the heart of the German economy, uptime and safety are critical. Our engineers understand plant, building services and the operational-safety standards that keep industrial operations productive.
One provider accountable across sixteen states and every discipline, not a contract per trade.
Clear reporting and predictable budgets that satisfy German procurement and finance rigour.
Dependable, documented response across states that keeps your facilities team out of firefighting.
GEG, operational-safety and state-code obligations actively managed, with a full audit trail.
Every job, asset and compliance record across your German estate lives in one place: our Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system. With Germany’s documentation expectations, it gives each decision-maker exactly what they need:
It is also your compliance record. Asset registers, BetrSichV inspection certificates and energy data sit in one auditable trail, ready for inspections and to evidence performance against the GEG.
One login, one source of truth, across every site you operate in Germany.
