Richard founded PPVS in 2015 as a family-run business serving local clients across the East of England. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a national facilities services provider supporting over 3,000 commercial sites, with a continued focus on quality and a clear strategy to expand services across Europe.
Louis represents the second generation of leadership at PPVS, working closely with his father Richard to drive the business forward. As Director, he supports UK and European expansion, helping scale operations while maintaining the high service standards and family values that define PPVS.

The Gebäudeenergiegesetz (GEG) governs the energy efficiency of buildings and their heating systems, with significant amendments taking effect from 2024.
