Under his leadership, the company has grown into a national facilities services provider supporting over 3,000 commercial sites, with a continued focus on quality and a clear strategy to expand services across Europe.

In a market this small and this demanding, presentation and reliability are everything. PPVS delivers a single integrated facility management contract spanning planned and reactive maintenance, technical services and compliance, replacing the juggling of multiple trades with one accountable partner and one set of standards.
Many Monaco occupiers also hold property in France and across Europe. PPVS manages Monaco as part of that wider estate, applying the same reporting, escalation and quality standards across the border so nothing is treated as an afterthought because the site is small.
Monaco’s constraints, restricted access, limited on-site space and tight delivery windows, defeat providers without local coordination. We mobilise a vetted engineering and specialist network able to work within those limits, scaling cover up or down as your footprint in the Principality changes, all under one contract and one point of contact.
Monaco is a sovereign principality with its own building, urban-planning and safety rules under the Prince’s Government, distinct from France, and a serious environmental agenda that a good facility management partner should help you meet.
Monaco’s energy transition commitments: Through its Mission pour la Transition Énergétique and the National Energy Transition Pact, Monaco has committed to cutting greenhouse-gas emissions by 55% by 2030 against 1990 levels and reaching carbon neutrality by 2050. Energy use in buildings accounts for roughly a third of the Principality’s emissions, so planned, data-led maintenance of heating, cooling and building systems is central to meeting those targets. That makes facility management an ESG lever, not just a cost line. The energy and plant data we capture lets occupiers and managing agents evidence their contribution to Monaco’s targets and report progress to owners, boards and tenants, turning a national commitment into a measurable building-level result.
Building safety and inspection: Buildings in Monaco fall under the Principality’s own construction, fire and safety oversight, with periodic inspection of technical installations. We keep statutory checks, remedial works and certification current, so high-occupancy offices, retail and hospitality venues stay safe and audit-ready.

Monaco has little heavy industry, but Fontvieille concentrates logistics, marine servicing, car parks and the technical plant that keeps the Principality running. We maintain these back-of-house and technical sites with the same rigour, keeping critical infrastructure available and compliant.
