PPVS Complete Facilities Management
Below are some of our group accreditations.
Sustainability built into every part of our service
We help you meet ESG targets, reduce environmental impact, and deliver compliant, efficient, and fully traceable FM across every site.
We align facilities management with NABERS ratings and net-zero targets, feeding ESG frameworks like GRESB and CDP with measurable energy data.
From hard FM to soft FM, our integrated model combines sustainable procurement, energy-efficient building systems, WHS and fire compliance, and transparent NABERS-aligned reporting.
Integrated FM delivers fast payback, operational continuity, and clear advantages over running separate trade contracts across states and territories.
Richard founded PPVS in 2015 as a family-run business serving local clients across the East of England. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a national facilities services provider supporting over 3,000 commercial sites, with a continued focus on quality and a clear strategy to expand services across Europe.
Louis represents the second generation of leadership at PPVS, working closely with his father Richard to drive the business forward. As Director, he supports UK and European expansion, helping scale operations while maintaining the high service standards and family values that define PPVS.
Hard FM services are often required by law, to ensure the safety of employees and customers. It refers to the physical materials of a building which cannot be removed. PPVS provide a range of hard facilities management services for clients in verticals such as the commercial, retail and leisure sector.
Soft FM services, under human management, enhance workplace ambience, fostering a more enjoyable environment for all occupants. These variable services play a crucial role in improving the overall quality of the workspace, contributing to a positive and productive atmosphere.
Planned maintenance is carrying out repairs with the aim of ensuring that an asset does not fail. Planned maintenance refers to any maintenance activity that is planned, documented, and scheduled.
Reactive maintenance are repairs that are carried out after equipment has already become faulty. Reactive facilities management and maintenance focuses on repairing the equipment to operating conditions.

Australian estates are often maintained through separate trade contracts that fragment cost and accountability across distance. PPVS consolidates them into one integrated facilities management agreement covering every discipline and location, with transparent reporting and a single point of accountability.
For international operators, Australia often sits within a global property portfolio. PPVS manages it to consistent standards, reporting and escalation, coordinated with your sites elsewhere.
Coordinating engineers across a continent, and across state lines, is where single-trade providers struggle. We mobilise a vetted specialist network so expanding from Sydney to Perth or regional sites never means adding suppliers, and you scale from a handful of locations to a national portfolio under one contract and one point of contact.
Australian compliance is set through national frameworks adopted by the states and territories, with some state-specific variations a facilities management partner should manage for you.
WHS law and NABERS energy disclosure
Work health and safety is governed by the model Work Health and Safety Act 2011, adopted by most jurisdictions (with Victoria operating its own OHS Act 2004), placing clear duties on those who manage workplaces. On energy, the Commercial Building Disclosure program requires a Building Energy Efficiency Certificate, including a NABERS Energy rating, when office space of 1,000 m² or more is sold or leased. Planned, data-led maintenance is how those duties are met and ratings improved. This is also where facilities management meets ESG. Lifting a building’s NABERS rating through better-run plant directly supports net-zero commitments, and the energy data we capture gives boards, investors and tenants clear evidence of progress.
The National Construction Code and essential safety measures
Buildings are constructed and maintained to the National Construction Code, and essential safety measures (such as fire systems) must be maintained and certified under state regimes, with fire-protection systems routinely serviced to AS 1851. We keep these inspections, safety measures and records current across every site.
Commercial facilities management in Australia
For CBD offices and corporate headquarters, we protect building performance, NABERS ratings and compliance while giving property teams predictable costs and one supplier across states. Ideal for facilities managers, heads of property and estates directors.
Retail facilities management in Australia
For national chains and shopping centres, trading hours and brand standards lead. We provide fast reactive response and consistent presentation across every site, with work scheduled around trading.
Industrial and logistics facilities management in Australia
For warehousing, logistics and resources-adjacent facilities, uptime and safety are critical. Our engineers understand plant, building services and the WHS and fire standards that keep industrial operations productive.
One provider accountable across states and disciplines, not a contract per trade or city.
Clear reporting and predictable budgets that stand up to procurement and finance scrutiny across states.
Fast, dependable response across distance that keeps your facilities team out of firefighting.
WHS, NABERS and fire obligations actively managed, with a full audit trail.
Every job, asset and compliance record across your Australian estate lives in one place: our Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system. Across distance and state lines, it gives each decision-maker a single, consistent view:
It is also your compliance record. Asset registers, essential-safety-measure and AS 1851 records and energy data sit in one auditable trail, ready for inspections and to support NABERS disclosure.
One login, one source of truth, across every site you operate in Australia.
