Since 2024, PPVS has supported Selwood through the delivery of responsive facilities management services across its branch network.
Through a national Facilities Helpdesk, PPVS provides coordinated support for reactive maintenance and small works, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. In operational environments where uptime and safety are critical, PPVS helps ensure each branch remains compliant and fully operational during opening hours.

Project Scope & Delivery
PPVS has delivered a wide range of reactive and small works projects across Selwood’s 21 UK branches since 2024. Our objective has been to provide reliable, responsive facilities support that ensures each site remains safe, compliant, and operational.
Works include fire door replacements, guttering repairs, concreting, electrical works, plumbing, fencing, landscaping, and general maintenance services. PPVS coordinates multiple trades to ensure all works are completed efficiently and within required timeframes.
A key project included the delivery of an emergency lighting installation at Selwood’s Dartford branch in December 2025. Recognising the importance of safety within an active operational environment, PPVS planned and executed the works to meet UK standards, ensuring full compliance while minimising disruption. Through proactive communication and efficient delivery, PPVS maintains consistent service across all locations.
