PPVS Complete Facilities Management
Below are some of our group accreditations.
Sustainability built into every part of our service
We help you meet ESG targets, reduce environmental impact, and deliver compliant, efficient, and fully traceable FM across every site.
We align facility management with Brussels PLAGE and regional EPB targets, feeding ESG frameworks like GRESB and CDP with measurable data.
From hard FM to soft FM, our multi-region model combines sustainable procurement, energy-efficient systems, fire and PLAGE compliance, and transparent reporting across Belgium.
Integrated FM delivers fast payback, operational continuity, and clear advantages over running separate contracts across Flanders, Wallonia and Brussels.
Richard founded PPVS in 2015 as a family-run business serving local clients across the East of England. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a national facilities services provider supporting over 3,000 commercial sites, with a continued focus on quality and a clear strategy to expand services across Europe.
Louis represents the second generation of leadership at PPVS, working closely with his father Richard to drive the business forward. As Director, he supports UK and European expansion, helping scale operations while maintaining the high service standards and family values that define PPVS.
Hard FM services are often required by law, to ensure the safety of employees and customers. It refers to the physical materials of a building which cannot be removed. PPVS provide a range of hard facilities management services for clients in verticals such as the commercial, retail and leisure sector.
Soft FM services, under human management, enhance workplace ambience, fostering a more enjoyable environment for all occupants. These variable services play a crucial role in improving the overall quality of the workspace, contributing to a positive and productive atmosphere.
Planned maintenance is carrying out repairs with the aim of ensuring that an asset does not fail. Planned maintenance refers to any maintenance activity that is planned, documented, and scheduled.
Reactive maintenance are repairs that are carried out after equipment has already become faulty. Reactive facilities management and maintenance focuses on repairing the equipment to operating conditions.

Belgian estates are often maintained region by region and trade by trade, which fragments cost and accountability. PPVS consolidates planned and reactive maintenance, technical services and compliance into one facility management contract, with consistent reporting whether your sites sit in Dutch-speaking Flanders, French-speaking Wallonia or the Brussels-Capital Region.
Belgium frequently anchors a wider European estate, particularly for organisations with a Brussels head office. PPVS manages it inside that broader footprint, applying the same standards, reporting and escalation across borders.
Operating across three regions and two main languages defeats single-trade contractors. We mobilise a vetted, multi-region engineering network so adding a site in Antwerp or Liège never means onboarding another supplier, and you scale from a handful of locations to a national portfolio under one contract and one point of contact.
Belgium’s defining compliance challenge is that building and energy rules are largely set at regional level, so requirements differ between Flanders, Wallonia and Brussels. A national facility management partner should absorb that complexity for you.
Regional energy rules and the Brussels PLAGE
Each region runs its own energy-performance certification (EPB / EPC) and renovation obligations. In the Brussels-Capital Region, a PLAGE energy-management plan has been mandatory since 1 July 2019 for public bodies occupying over 50,000 m² and private organisations over 100,000 m², requiring an appointed energy coordinator and a structured reduction programme. Planned, data-led maintenance is the practical way to deliver against these obligations. This dovetails with ESG reporting. The energy and asset data we capture lets you evidence performance against regional targets and your own sustainability commitments, giving boards, investors and tenants a clear, defensible record rather than a year-end scramble.
Fire safety and well-being at work
Fire prevention is governed federally through the basic-standards Royal Decree (normes de base / basisnormen), while occupational safety falls under the Well-being at Work Act and its Codex. We keep statutory inspections, fire-safety measures and documentation current across every site, in line with both federal and regional requirements.
Commercial facility management in Belgium
For the offices, EU-facing bodies and corporate headquarters concentrated in Brussels, we protect building performance and compliance while giving property teams predictable costs and one supplier across regions. Ideal for facilities managers, heads of property and estates directors managing multi-region portfolios.
Retail facility management in Belgium
For stores and chains across Belgian high streets and shopping centres, trading hours and brand standards lead. We provide fast reactive response and consistent presentation in both language communities, with work scheduled around opening times.
Industrial and logistics facility management in Belgium
For the port, petrochemical and logistics sites around Antwerp and the wider distribution network, uptime and safety are paramount. Our engineers understand plant, building services and the compliance standards that keep industrial and logistics operations productive.
One provider accountable across Flanders, Wallonia and Brussels, not a supplier per region.
Clear, region-by-region reporting and predictable budgets that withstand procurement scrutiny.
Dependable response across a small but multi-region country, keeping local teams out of firefighting.
Regional and federal obligations actively managed, with a full audit trail.
Every job, asset and compliance record across your Belgian estate lives in one place: our Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system. Across three regions and two languages, it gives every decision-maker a single, consistent view:
It is also your compliance record across regimes. Asset registers, inspection certificates and energy data sit in one auditable trail, ready for fire-safety checks and to feed PLAGE and EPB reporting in the regions where they apply.
One login, one source of truth, across every region you operate in Belgium.
